As the young blood at Chiat, we hoped to bring back the “fun.” So we actualized what the backslash represents by disrupting everyone’s expectations of hybrid culture and reigniting fun at Chiat.

We jumpstarted a more connected and unified culture in four phases through a social media takeover, challenges, in-office events, and ultimately, a short film premiere.
